We offer classes to all ages in a variety of media and processes. Classes are kept small to maintain quality instruction. Personal expression encouraged. All classes are located in the BDAC classroom down the hall from the gallery: 222 North 4th Street. . Creative Kids Classes With Paul! Painting with Paul – 1 pm – 3 pm For students who are finishing grades k-5 $60 Limited to 12 participants June 5-9 Students will manipulate watercolor and acrylic painting. The class will look at famous works of art depicting abstraction to realism. A fun class to learn technique and explore materials and create an original masterpiece. The class is taught by Paul Noot, an experienced educator and professional artist. Register Here Critter Class. 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm For students who are finishing grades k-5 $60 Limited to 12 participants June 5-9 Students will explore clay, paint and drawing media. Inspiration will come from furry friends, bears, bison, and even river otters. A fun class for the child that loves animals. The class is taught by Paul Noot, an experienced educator and professional artist. Register Here The Doodle Class. 1 pm – 3 pm For students who are finishing grades k-5 $60 Limited to 12 participants June 12-16 Every child loves to doodle and draw. This is a basic drawing class that will learn basic techniques and how to look and draw things with basic shapes. Everyone loves to doodle. Students will explore oil pastel, graphite, markers and more. The class is taught by Paul Noot, an experienced educator and professional artist. Register Here Bugs and Birds. 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm For students who are finishing grades k-5 $60 Limited to 12 participants June 12-16 Students will observe bugs, birds, butterflies and tiny things that hang out on plants. The students will explore paint, clay, and drawing media. A fun class to learn science and art. The class is taught by Paul Noot, an experienced educator and professional artist.
