Jan 8-30 "Intentions for the New Year"
As we move into 2021 what intentions do you want to express and share? We all know 2020 has been a year of tremendous change and revealing on so many levels. What will you take with and what will you leave behind? Open to full and supporting members.
Feb 5-27 "For the Love of Art"
Art inspired by the theme of love. Left open to interpretation by full and supporting members.
March 11- April 10 “Human Rights Arts Festival”
BDAC is proud to be one of the venues for this traveling exhibition. It features pieces from throughout the world and includes local and regional artists as well.
The North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival is a traveling juried exhibition that explores human rights as defined by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Geneva Conventions and additional Protocols and other similar declarations and treaties.
April 15- May 1 “The Seasons”
This exhibit invites artists to explore the seasons of fall, winter, spring, and summer. Open to both full and supporting members.
Guest Corner Judy Carlson Judy is a supporting member who is a painter and ceramicist.
May 7-29 “Art Exchange”
This exhibit features art created by artists from Gallery 4, a local co-op in Fargo, Art Space Suite 1 Gallery and 62 Doors Gallery both of Minot. BDAC artists will have their art in display at these locations during the same time.
June 4-26 “Group Exhibit” featuring Aaron Anderson, Linda Maize and Kirk Maize.
Aaron Anderson works with mixed media and stenciling to achieve different effects. Linda paints on porcelain plates and works in a variety of other mediums. Kirk is a wood turner. They are all supporting members.
July 12-30 “Art in Bloom”
This exhibit brings together the word of visual art and floral arrangement. BDAC invites local florists to select pieces of art in the gallery of their choice and create arrangements inspired by the color, shape, and textures.
The artwork featured is work created by full and supporting members with the theme of Art in Bloom left open for personal interpretation.
August 6-28 “Group Exhibit “Featuring the Prairie Plein Air Artists and Larry Maslowski
The Plein Air Artists are a group of painters who meet and create on location. Larry is primarily a realist painter and also the founder of the plein air group.
“The Human Figure” Renderings and Interpretations of the human figure by full and supporting members.
Guest Artist Corner-Dawn Kopp Dawn is a supporting member and mosaic artist.
Sept 3-25 “Joanne Drevlow and Lorraine Dopson Exhibit”
This exhibit features the work of two of our full members. Joanne works both two and three dimensionally and Lorraine is primarily a pastel artist.

October 1-30th “Supporting Member Exhibit”
This exhibit showcases a variety of art by the supporting members of BDAC. These members help keep BDAC thriving and fresh. From elementary age to adult artists.
Nov. 5-27 “Ali LaRock and Gretchen Bederman Exhibit”
Ali is a full member and one of the original founding members of BDAC. Gretchen is a supporting member and gallery volunteer. Ali is a painter who primarily works with mixed media. Gretchen’s work features both paintings and sculptures.
Dec 3-23 11th Foot in the Door
This is our annual exhibit that is open to all members and non-members as well. This exhibit features a variety of media that is a foot by foot or smaller. Foot in the Door was the first exhibit at the co-op and was initially a way for artists and the public to get their 'foot in the door' of the gallery! Full and supporting members enter for free. Non-members $5 per entry.
Guest Corner-Pam Ehli Pam is a supporting member who is primarily a pour artist.
